8 Roman Road
A luxury bespoke home built in Sutton Colfield, West Midlands. Cottrills Carpentry Ltd took over the role of a carpentry contractor after the building was made completely water tight. This left us to do what we do best, deliver carpentry to a high standard on all aspects to finish this project.
Project Background
Our first task on this project was to install 250sqm of new tech cladding to the exterior of this property. This proved to be a good challenge for our team, which we spent a lot of hours on to ensure the build was up to our standards. After the last plank went down, we took a step back and saw that every hour was worth it. It really set this property above the rest.
As the wet weather ended, we headed inside to start with the high end specification within the property. This was a meticulous process of planning, everything from the built-in wardrobes and wall finishes down to the extremely unique plant box wall.
This property was an absolute pleasure to work on and will be forever remembered as one of our favourites.
